The Palm Royale location can hold up to 60 guest.

Cooking is strictly prohibited. All meals must be pre-cooked and brought in. Licensed and insured caterers are also permitted to provide food, but all food must be pre-cooked.

You are allowed to serve soft drinks, beer or wine as long as it is not resold to guests at the event. A licensed and insured bartender is required if hard liquor will be served.

Ensure the space is returned in a clean state as it was provided.

Yes, rented furniture is allowed in the building. All furniture must be picked up same day, or no later than 9:00 am next day.

Yes DJ’s are permitted. Complimentary use of our Bluetooth speaker system is also included.

No public events allowed. Only private events permitted.

Off-street parking is available in a parking lot. Street parking is also available around the building.
