The Royal Grove seats up to 50 people comfortably.

Your setup and breakdown time is included in your 6.5-hour time block for space usage. There is no additional setup time allocated beyond your designated block. For any special requirements, please get in touch with us for further details.

Cooking is strictly prohibited. All meals must be pre-cooked and brought in. Licensed and insured caterers are also permitted to provide food, but all food must be pre-cooked.

You are allowed to serve soft drinks, beer or wine as long as it is not resold to guests at the event. A licensed and insured bartender is required if hard liquor will be served. Proper documentation will be requested from the bartender company before liquor will be allowed on the premises.

Ensure the space is returned in a clean state as it was provided. If not, your incidental deposit will not be returned.

Yes, rented furniture is allowed in the building. All furniture must be picked up same day, or no later than 9:00 am next day.

Due to the intimate feel/size of the venue, DJ's and all loud speaker equipment are strictly prohibited. Complimentary use of our Bluetooth speaker system is included.

No public events allowed. Only private events permitted.

While there is no onsite parking, the municipal parking lot is behind the building and easily accessible. Street parking is also available around the building.
